The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to accurate credit reporting. By law you can have your questionable credit listings either verified as accurate or removed from your credit reports.
First of all we get copies of your current credit report. Our professionals look over them carefully and with your assistance we choose which items to dispute. We set goals with you and determine what we can do to put you in the best position possible. Next we work up a case and strategies to challenge the questionable and inaccurate items on your report. Next we wait up to thirty days for the credit bureaus to investigate the dispute. Within 60 days we will have an updated credit report for you which typically has some deletions on it and therefore improved scores. Then if need be the process can begin again.
